- The entry-fee is non-refundable.
- Seats are limited on first come first serve basis.
- Program starts at 9:00 a.m. sharp. Program details would be provided by February 14, 2010.
- Registration should be done through web site http://www.baytuliman.org/content/view/33/48/ no later than Feb 20th , 2010
- Participants will be judged by the basic rules of tajweed ( Pronunciation , Mudd , Gunna and Quality of voice )
- Participants can recite any memorized Surah / Aayah from the Quran and must finish within 3 minutes.
- All participants are required to adhere the Islamic dress code. Girls participant from Level 3 and 4 are required to wear Hijab.
- The Judges of said competition are independent and their views are do not reflect that of Baytul Iman Academy. Judges decisions are final, and cannot be challenged.
- In the occurrence of a tie, the judges will determine a winner based on comparative and relative qualities.
- Each participant must be accompanied by at least one parent or responsible guardian.
- We reserve the right to provide separate seating for men and women.
- The committee reserves the right to request proof of age. If documented proof is unavailable, or if the participant fails to produce the identification, the participant can be rejected from the competition. Please bring the photo copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport showing date of birth.
- The organizers reserve the right to eject anyone from the premises for any misbehaviroal or any unacceptable conduct.
- Parents & Guardians hold full responsibility for their children.
- We waive Baytul-Iman Inc., its partners, affiliates, students, parents, teachers, officials, volunteers, landlords etc. of any liabilities. All disputes are subject to binding arbitration by Baytul-Iman Inc. with its due process. The events may be recorded / webcast for educational purposes. May Allaah (SWT) help with the best in both the worlds. Ameen.
